exhibition opening: infrastructures in transformation

The Infrastructures in Transformation: An Atlas of Berlin-Brandenburg exhibition opens on Friday, July 29, 2022 at 6pm in the Galerie Kosmos in Rechenzentrum, Dortustraße 46, 14467 Potsdam (Ground floor, wheelchair accessible). 

Exhibition entrance: Free 

Duration: July 29 – August 7 (closed on Tuesday and Wednesday) 

Opening hours: 11am – 6pm 

Tours: Exhibition tours with the Bauhaus Earth team and students can be organised on site 

Finissage: August 5, 5-10pm. 

Initiated by BB2040 and in collaboration with Habitat Unit (Technical University Berlin) and the Robert Bosch Stiftung, Infrastructures in Transformation explores future development processes in the built environment of the Berlin-Brandenburg region. It also showcases applied material research and supply chain analysis conducted by Bauhaus Earth’s Epizentrum Bauwende project team in Potsdam. 

The exhibition will be followed by the publication of a regional atlas assembling maps and infographics crafted by the BB2040 editorial team. 

As part of the exhibition week, the movie night The Countryside and the following discussion with C/O Now & Annie Schneider (AMO, Send/Receive) will take place on Monday, August 1, 8-10pm at the Galerie Kosmos as well.
